Our policy is to only ask for information voluntarily. The minimum order related data is stored to fulfil the order. Any feedback comments a users decides to give to improve our service is stored. All customer server data is encrypted. Any transfer of data from our server to main office is via a secure SSL connection.

II. How we use or share the information collected.

We never disclose any visitor’s personal information such as name, address, survey response or e-mail address to any third party for marketing purposes. We store such information only for the purpose of sending our promotional material or to answer a query. We do make it clear that an e-mail reply may be sent to the visitor to acknowledge the inquiry and engage in interesting e-mail correspondence. All personal information is currently stored physically on only two computers and unavailable for any distributed network access. All personal data is stored in password protected files and strictly accessible only by authorised employees. All Waistcoats Direct employees are told as a matter of contract employment that if they access customer personal data without management permission for any reason, willingly or accidentally then it is an instant disciplinary matter.
